It's smart fitness and mindfulness course. There you will learn more about the importance of exercises and how to implement them into your daily life. As well as you will learn how to accept your body and yourself just the very special way you are, how to achieve your own peace of mind.
Please note! This course isn't live workout sessions. There you will first need to understand how each exercise has to be done, and why it's so important to your body. However yes, the exercises are comfortable enough to be watched and done in a meantime!

It's suitable for both: advanced and beginners. If you haven't yet tried daily workout routines - this one is a great way to begin with! However, it's also a perfect add up to your current ones. They are intense enough to help you achieving better results! Plus: no gear needed, just pair of your favorite sneakers and comfy sportswear.

It's 7 day exercise camp for butt and legs. That means that each day will have quite a few exercises which are dedicated for lower part of your body. Each day has a different variation of exercises, so in total you will learn more than you can expect!

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. However, it was made to be a 7 day exercise camp, but you can always make it 14, 21.... or whatever is best for you!
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. Register for this course once and you'll have lifetime access to the course materials, which will we updated later on! I will let you know ;)

What format is the course content delivered in?
Good question! It's a video and audio recording, which is comfortable enough to watch and do in a meantime. However please note, that it's not live workout sessions that you usually can find anywhere on the internet. It's smart fitness and it's all about long lasting results!
But there's plenty of free workout routines everywhere online, what's so different about this one?
I'm glad you asked! Because I love answering this question. First of all - by no ends I don't mean to say that whatever you can find for free online isn't as good as what we are offering in this course. It's just different. There are many great workout routines, but they all are more about quick results and something that you do quickly and never look back. They are something that I call 'fast fitness', and this course is more about smart fitness. It's something a bit more personalized and definitely unique. The choice is yours! But if you're into long lasting results, and if you're dedicated enough to spend more time in achieving those - then this course is for you!
How soon will I see the results after this course?
As I said - this course isn't about fast fitness, so chances are that you will need to be more patient. But instead of focusing on some visual results I highly invite you to focus on the feeling after each workout session. I will help you with that, don't worry! But please note, that exercises take only 30% of the final result - the rest is very much about the nutrition, the healthy lifestyle in general, your mind and your attitude. However this is definitely something we'll be talking about in this course as well! I've got you covered, now you only need to take a step and join me in this life changing journey!
